Are you an Internet Explorer 6 user?
Please check the version of your browser by clicking on the top "Help" menu and then on "About Internet Explorer". Visitors that still use the old Internet Explorer 6 browser might have problems viewing our website pages - when clicking on a link a page might appear as blank. Please consider updating to Internet Explorer 8 (it's fast and easy) or using another browser (FIREFOX or CHROME). Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer 6; this means that when your Windows operating system software is updated, your browser is not. This generates inconsistencies and problems when you are viewing websites built more recently. At the same time, your browsing is not secure as security patches are not covering IE6 known loopholes.

If you work in an agency where the IT department is responsible with updating the internet browser, please announce the IT administrator that you need a newer version.
